Looking in the wrong place for brightness?

If you only look at us, you might well miss the brightness. We carry this precious Message around in the unadorned clay pots of our ordinary lives.
2 Corinthians 4: 10 or so  The Message

Having an unadorned clay pot kind of a morning?    I am because I just wrote a brilliant paragraph and then hit the wrong button.  Gone to cyberspace ...

We are clay pots so no one will confuse us with God.  STTTTRRREETTTCCHHHHH.  Yea, me too.

In my yard the clay pots require the most water but often they hold some of most beautiful plants.  hmm?
Can be used with cracks in them
make great shards for holding in the dirt when they are past their usefulness to hold flowers.

Don't miss the brightness today as you go out into the world.
                         Unadorned peacefulness be unto you.
